The City Break Villa Simone can accommodate up to 4 people, it
has a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet,
a living room with lounge and an equipped kitchen. All in one
both retro, trendy and very cozy.
The originality of this accommodation, perfectly suited for 2 people,
is functional. The space is flexible and a second bedroom can
thus set up in a few minutes thanks to a daring and practical installation.
The cottage has wifi. The private and closed garden gives a charm
undeniable at this comfortable and well-thought-out city break, completely renovated
in 2021. The Villa has the necessary equipment to accommodate
toddlers (single storey villa, travel cot on request, chair
high). Parking in your private yard allows you to be
totally autonomous.
In the heart of Neuville, a few minutes walk from all shops and
of the market present twice a week, it is the ideal accommodation combining
comfort and efficiency. 15 minutes from Futuroscope, 20 minutes from
Poitiers …
Rates from 95 to 125 € per night, minimum 2 nights.
Towels and pool linen are provided. The beds are made upon arrival.
